Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate client business needs and requirements into actionable project plans and solutions.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and status updates to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and maintain project alignment.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
• Develop and manage project budgets, adhering to financial constraints. Monitor project expenses and provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.
• Track project progress and compile comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering) is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• 5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget planning, management, and cost control.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and delegate effectively.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus.
