Project Management Expert

Job Description (Accountability) :

• Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to effectively manage project execution.
• Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, to ensure optimal project performance and delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate project success.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
• Evaluate project outcomes against predefined metrics, conducting post-project reviews and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Business Administration, Industrials Engineering or other relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal and coaching
• Communicate and interact effectively with Executive and Senior Leadership level
