Product Line Lead, Distribution and Tractions Transformers

Your Responsibilities

• Owning the Product Line profitability of the product line and revenue gross margins, order to cash ownership.
• Driving execution excellence in the factories by overseeing production processes, managing resources efficiently and implementing best practices to meet quality, delivery, inventory and cost (SQDIC) targets.
• Owning the orders to cash process for the product line, from intake to cash collection
• Leading the regional product management and responsibility of translating the global product group strategy into the regional adaptation and execution
• Managing the end-to-end value chain for the product line from tender engineering to delivery and project execution.
• Collaborating with functional leaders in marketing & sales, digital, and supply chain management to align and execute strategies.
• Managing the transition to the new business model
• Responsible for sustainable & profitable growth and market position of the portfolio
• Takes management lead in front of customer for major incidents- operational or commercial.
• Drives synergies among units by leveraging Hub resources.
• Participating in setting annual budgets and is responsible for their execution. Defines resource allocation within Product Line functions.
• Involves systemizing the Long-term thinking, Elimination of waste.

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field (master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations and product management or related roles with a focus on profit and loss accountability
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex organizations.
• Business acumen and understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management and order to cash processes.
• Ability to lead regional product management in alignment with global product group strategies.
• Strong Customer management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
