Assortment Planning: Oversee the development and execution of merchandise assortment plans, ensuring a well-balanced and diverse product mix that meets customer demand while driving profitability. Stay abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform assortment decisions.
Pricing and Promotions: Lead the pricing strategy and promotional planning to optimize margins, sales, and customer engagement. Utilize data-driven insights to develop and adjust pricing and promotion plans, ensuring competitive positioning and value proposition.
