Logistics Solution Associate

Job Responsibility

• Design efficient distribution networks to minimize costs and enhance delivery speed.
• Analyze financial data, including cost projections, revenue forecasts, and return on investment (ROI) calculations, to assess the financial feasibility of the project.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations of analytical data for management and team review.
• Conduct analysis of resource usage and finding new tools or methods to support easier.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Support business development & key account management team and other business functions with business solutions design, calculation, and cost analysis
• Internal and external coordination with other business units/customers/suppliers on their requirements and solutions
• Lead implementation and design of new projects
• Provide training for Solutions and Operations teams

Job Qualification

• Bachelor degree or higher in Industrial Engineering and Logistics
• At least 5 years experienced in related filed; Key Account, Solution Logistics Analyst, Business Development
• Able to analyze new project and prepare project for proposing to customer.
• Good Analytical skill, problem solving skill, and able to work independently
• Self-motivated and result oriented with good inter-personal skill
• Able to handle pressure and work under time constraints
• Highly responsible and ability to take ownership of tasks assigned
• Time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to be an effective team player
• Provide useful information or solution to key account team and business dev. Team.
• Coordinate with operation team or supply chain or other BU when have a new project.
• Coordinate with Order center department to prepare quotations.
