Creator Operation (Fashion) - Lemon8

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications for Fashion category

- Develop Quarter Planning for Fashion category in order to achieve business goals, for example content number, creators' number, specific topics acquisition etc.

- Collaborating with monetization POC if there are any monetization projects for Fashion category

- Able to utilize In-app resources such as H5, Newsletter, In-app message; in order to communicate with target users

- In charge of campaign recap/analysis related to Fashion category

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from any major

- At least 2-5 years' experience in Creators/Influencer Operation, Influencer agency, Influencer management or other related field

- Excellent communication skills: familiar working with Creators/Influencer and cross-function team

- Good analytic skill, able to identify highlights, lowlights and provide solutions - logical thinking and data driven

- Logical thinking and data driven

- Fluency in English (both verbal & written)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong interest in Fashion & online application

- Familiar with social media (understanding user content insights is a plus)

- Can work well under pressure

- Fast learner, open-minded with can-do attitude
