Develop and execute the E-commerce business development strategy for ADA-ASIA.com
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and close deals
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Associates and Senior Associates
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth and successful implementation of new initiatives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Achieve or exceed annual business development targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the E-commerce industry
Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong understanding of E-commerce industry trends and competitive landscape.
