Asset Management (SPX Express)

Job Description

Review and Consolidate Requests:

• Review and consolidate both monthly and ad-hoc requests from operations, including hubs (FM, LM), shops, and SOCs.
• Ensure effective delivery dates and availability of items in stock.

Create Outbound Tasks

• Create outbound tasks in the Asset Management Systems.
• Coordinate with the Ground Asset team to prepare items.

Plan Linehaul Route

• Plan the linehaul route for deliveries.
• Coordinate with the linehaul subcontractor to request trucks.

Monitor And Track Deliveries

• Track the progress of deliveries to ensure they are completed on time.
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the delivery process.

Maintain Inventory Records

• Keep accurate records of inventory levels and update the Asset Management Systems as needed.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Liaise With Stakeholders

• Communicate with internal teams, such as procurement and operation to ensure smooth operations.
• Address any concerns or queries from stakeholders regarding inventory and delivery.
• Work closely to align delivery schedules with operational needs.

Requirements

• Computer Proficiency - Experience with Google Sheets and Excel (including VLOOKUP)
• Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Problem-Solving Abilities - Track record in identifying and resolving issues
• Decision-Making Skills - Ability to make informed and effective decisions
• Collaboration - Capability to work well with team members and across functions
• Logical Thinking - Ability to think critically and logically to solve problems
