IT ERP Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise in assessing SAP: FI software application and initiating to improve and support business process.

• Coordinating SAP/ application development throughout the lifecycle.

• Coordinating with internal users and vendors to manage all the changes and all the new requirements according to the business timeline and quality.

• Managing change requests from users with vendors and at times provide programming coding skills to develop/ manage such changes of existing application, where applicable.

• Troubleshooting the issues from users, making adjustment as appropriate with proper planning to avoid/ mitigate the impact of related processes and assessing the root cause to ensure the prevention of repeated issues.

• Documenting the specification of SAP and providing training to users of any processes being introduced.

• Communicating plans, status, risks and issues to project governance team and stakeholders, if any, in a timely manner, as well as escalate any potential issues where required.

• Identifying opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.

• Being flexible, creative and up-to-date in technology movement to create business solutions.

• Possess strong learning agility and ready to take new challenges in related area of work.
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Technology or related fields.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in SAP for FI module.

• Experience in ERP System such as SAP, Oracle would be an advantage.

• Possess of strong influential skills towards peers and stakeholders within and outside team.

• Willing to learn for ERP system and others application which are related with company.

• Learning agility and computer literacy.

• Good attitude and ability to work well under pressure.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
