WEBTOON - Localization Project Coordinator (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with persons in charge of localization to ensure WEBTOON manuscripts are ready on time
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prevent potential bottlenecks and ensure a smooth workflow
• Report all kinds of risks and inefficiencies spotted while monitoring the localization process to the project manager
• Maintain glossaries and materials related to localization
• Proofread the manuscript, provide feedback on localization errors, and if necessary, edit them
• Complete other related assignments

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience in localization/translation (Korean to Thai) or project management
• Proficiency in spoken and written Korean
• High level of knowledge of Thai orthography
• Task and people management skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a demanding environment
• Can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude to work as a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency in English
