Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Film video on set and on location.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan video shoot and translate marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual designs that enhance fans’ engagements and conversions.
• Set up and take down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment.
• Work closely with the video editor to ensure all relevant footage collected from the events.
• Leveraging knowledge of lighting and sound to enhance video quality and impact.
• Maintain artist consistency throughout all our marketing projects, ensuring a seamless visual communication across all channels.
• Assist the team members in choosing the right style, attractive graphics, video, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project.
• Assist and review the overall performance of video with team members to improve the quality of video.
• High-level project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects from conceptualization to completion.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with a proven track record as a videographer / photographer or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities.
• High proficiency in video equipment including professional camera and mobile.
• Strong understanding of the entertainment, fans' behavior, and k-pop/t-pop/c–pop idol industry.
• Strong knowledge of video platforms and their design requirements eg, TikTok, YouTube and IG reels.
• Excellent understanding of video trends, design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong understanding of excellent design and its potential to drive business success.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Open-minded to receive feedback and improve the work quality and process.
• May need to support creative needs onsite including weekends/holidays due to the artist’s schedule.
