Technology Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain business requirements document including business workflow and data flow diagram which can be understandable by business and technical team.
• Monitor that all requirements and developments will comply with applicable standard, BOT regulations and audit requirements by coordinating with related parties both internal and external units.
• Provide the end to end solution analysis by identifying business need, business constraints, business impacts and new opportunities which may have in the future.
• Present requirements and solution to stakeholders for approval process or program design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in role of Business/System Analyst or Business Process Improvement (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
• Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
• Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
