Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

• Focuses on the application of technology within our customers’ and our organization’s business environments.
• Researches and proposes options and solutions for utilizing and/or improving information systems and/or business processes.
• Identifies, analyzes, documents, communicates, and validates requirements for changes to information systems and business processes.
• Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
• Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Recommends new procedures.
• Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business System Analyst or System Analyst.
• Participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of a project to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions.
• Typically assigned responsibility for full life cycle participation on smaller scope projects or multiple phases of the life cycle on larger, more complex projects.
• Conducts comprehensive client meeting to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency with various software tools, utilities, methodologies, and concepts. Researches and collects material information required for analysis of moderately complex issues and assists in the facilitation of resolutions.
• Able to work to tight deadlines, stick to commitments, and self-manage time with minimal supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English.
