Software Tester

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and user requirements to develop test cases, test scope or automation workflow. 
• Collaborate with regional and local product teams (PM, BI, Developer and QA) to define test objectives, test methodologies and test plans in system testing dimension and design automated workflows to output functionals and data to streamline work process and increase productivity in automation dimension. 
• Execute pre and post-release system testing with the productive testing tools and techniques. 
• Prioritizing severity of issues to determine exit testing criteria to deliver products with high quality on time. 
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and provide effective test strategies and related test / automation documents. 
• Deal with uncertain situations / incidents which require technical support to manage partners / customers satisfactions.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills, ability to transform technical terms into understandable context and good English communication.
• Good project management skills to plan, control test / automation timeline and manage stakeholders.
• Experience in web-based, API and mobile app testing is a must.
• Experience in data manipulation (using SQL, Excel, and related tools) and automation script development (Google app script / Javascript, python, visual basic, …) is a must.
• Experience in source code repository and job scheduler tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git) is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, fast learning, self motivation and cheerfulness.
