Senior Innovation Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative, high-quality frontend solutions that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and backend engineers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to intermediate and junior frontend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in frontend development, applying relevant insights to inform the organization’s initiatives.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience, applying best practices in web accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with team members and stakeholders to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor and support frontend team members, promoting professional development and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on innovation and user experience
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing responsive design principles, optimizing frontend performance, and addressing cross-browser compatibility issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for staying current with industry trends
