Property Consultant (Ultra-Luxury Projects)

Job Description:

• Understand the products and learn more about what makes Ananda's Products unique and appealing to customers.
• Provide customers with information on Ananda’s Products that match their needs.
• Track and follow up on all customer’s statuses from first contact until the transfer’s process is completed.
• Keep good relationship with customers for potential referral or new business with them in the future.
• Maintain reports and record data used in sales function (weekly, monthly, quarterly) such as conversion rate, customer status tracking, customer contact tracking, etc.
• Handling unanticipated situations with politeness and skill.
• Other job assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any field.
• Must hold a Thai passport.
• 3+ years of experience working luxury segment in real estate business, or relevant
• Robust written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Understand the transaction documents and the structure
• Collaborate with team and relevant departments to achieve the company goal
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks
