Project Manager (Junior - Senior Level)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects across multiple business units and/or multiple products/applications.
• Develop project plan, define key milestones, and lead project delivery.
• Drive the methodology to ensure project success by determining and implementing appropriate working methods for each project.
• Set up frameworks, including creating and managing templates for deliverables from different teams, to standardize and streamline project execution.
• Drive/Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
• Regularly report project status update to related parties
• Promptly escalate critical issue to management level

Qualifications:

• Project Management experience in IT related project
• Able to analyze scope, time, cost constraints and suggest mitigation plan.
• Experience in presenting project plan to management level.
• Experience in coordinating with management and working-level stakeholders in both business and technical aspects.
• Strong in leadership and management skills and able to lead team members (For Senior Level)
• Strong in interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written in English.
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile software development methodology is a plus.
