Doing a business development to reach and develop relationship with new clients. Advising client on leasing as well as different JLL services and connect the client with suitable BUs.
Advise and represent landlords on leasing related matters and connect landlord to appropriate resource cross-departments.
Handle and lead lease acquisitions, dispositions, and complex lease transactions throughout the entire project.
Advising client on the best occupational strategy.
Develop / strengthen relationship with both landlords and occupiers.
Contribute to team development, supporting junior team members in handling deals, self-development, etc.
Work and support the team both within and cross-department to offer suitable solutions to property owner.
