Power Platform Automation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and implement automated reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools, tailored to meet business needs.

• Work closely with global stakeholders to gather business requirements and define functional specifications for reporting and business intelligence applications.

• Develop clear and impactful visual reports using Power BI, ensuring the presentation of data is meaningful and actionable for business users.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.

• Design and map data models, transforming raw data into structured, insightful information for use in business decision-making processes.

• Provide training and support to end-users on how to navigate and leverage the dashboards and reports effectively for their needs.

• Identify opportunities for improvements in existing business intelligence systems and make tactical and technological adjustments as needed.

• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the overall Power BI infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.

• Connect, manipulate, and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.

• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels globally.

• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

• Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and independent. Adept at prioritizing tasks and performing well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards change and inspiring others.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
