Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic project management oversight for finance transformation initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality-driven project delivery.
• Methodology Implementation: Develop and implement project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to effectively manage project scope, resources, and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and alignment among project stakeholders, ensuring engagement and commitment to project success.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a strategic PMO or project manager, with a track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
• Methodological Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt to different project contexts.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address challenges.
• Complex Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring alignment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate project status and progress.
