• Create creative direction for interior design, environmental graphics, way finding, lighting, landscape, visual presentation, features, and overall ambience

Job Description

• Create overall design direction of project to reinforce business strategy, with emphasis on enhancing customer journey and experience
• Setting the creative direction for interior design, environmental graphics, way finding, lighting, landscape, visual presentation, features, and overall ambience
• Collaborate with project team to create a seamless and unique customer experience and functional design, harmoniously blending lifestyle spaces with merchandise offerings
• Create design story and design concepts as briefing for designers
• Responsible for visually presenting new look and trends through VM ambience points
• Support in reviewing layout and customer journey experience
• Support team in creating new fresh idea for mall
• Site survey with DD / TD and supplier team
• Review and proceed with design drafting / details
• Oversee all production implementation (material sample, mock up)
• Quality control and factory visit
• Installation and handover to property
• Participate in the planning and development of VM ambience points ensuring that layout, construction, and product presentation meets standards and deadline

Key Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Visual Communications, Exhibition / Event Design or related fields
• Experience in executing ambience decoration, interior displays, visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays, mannequin styling, spaces utilization and production installations
• Solid understanding in innovative visual merchandising trends and shopper experience
• Ability to work in a cross functional environment, up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad or other visual design tools
• Knowledge of current retail and visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command in English and Thai
