Multimedia Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into polished final products for various platforms including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Enhance video content with graphics, special effects, music, and sound effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality video content that meets these objectives.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows and deadlines.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.
• Design and develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative design solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and software.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
• Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and content strategies.
• Provide creative input and support for various company events, campaigns, and initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
• Strong skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Media Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
