MRO Tool Coordinator (Maintenance Repair and Operations)

Responsibilities:

• Act as owner of tool management procedure
• Acts as an owner of tool room to ensure that all tools will be in good arrangement (clean and tidy) and place in proper location and the way recommended from SME or supplier.
• Acts as an owner of computer tool management tool (STM-Smart Tool Management) to ensure that it will be correctly registered in the tool with complete information and the tool is effectively utilized under STM
• Set up overall tool service management to ensure that all will be ready for use in time tool calibration, inspection and test, as planned and document is maintained, in placed.
• Follows up tools which are not returned to store in time or damaged by misuse of tool or poor Operation disciplines.
• Perform RCI (Root Cause Investigation) once the damage value reaches the agreed criteria. (Communicate RCI to related persons as appropriate in order to prevent the reoccurrence)
• Ensure that all required information in STM tool will be filled such as asset number, tool
• Set up yearly tool budget for new tool, replacement, repairing and calibration
• Weekly & Monthly report tool performance manage report

Qualifications:

• Graduated in Technical college or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Instrument, Production or relevant
• Min. 10 years' experience in petrochemical industry is preferred
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft office, SAP etc.
• Good in English communication skill
• Accountability, good teamwork, communication, interpersonal skills
