Legal Associate Manager

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research, write, and review legal advice relating to domestic and international corporate laws.
• Contract Drafting:

Real Estate:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, lease agreements, property management contracts, and other related documents; and
• Conducting due diligence on property titles, liens, and other encumbrances

Commercial Contracts:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts including but not limited to supplier agreements, distributor agreements, franchise agreements, and service agreements; and
• Advising other business units on contract terms, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a MUST
• New graduate with strong academic background is welcomed but 2-3 years of legal experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited college or university
• Master's degree in law is a plus but not necessary
• Strong communication and presentation capability
