หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Conduct market research in the scope of Food & Beverage products.

• Develop new customers and conduct sales in the assigned territory.

• Coordinate with customers to fulfill all inquiries.

• Collaborate with the procurement team & inventory team for the supplies.

• Prepare Quotation, and Sales Contract.

• Arrange the shipments by coordinating with related parties in the supply chain (logistics, documentation, other operation)

• Monitor and analyze the sales to reach sales target.

• Conduct CRM with customers

• Ensure all the tasks are delivered on time (e.g. Documents, sticker, inkjet, payment and etc.)

• Collect complaint data from customers to make a report and check product data.

• Coordinate related departments and external departments as assigned.

• Apply to attend foreign trade fairs as assigned.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's Degree in any field (Marketing, Management, Logistics is preferred)

• At least 1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, and Ex-Import business

• Export Knowledge in Export / Freight Forwarder

• Able to communicate in English: TOEIC above 650 is a plus.

• Eager to learn new things.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Fast learner, good team player, creative, self-development mindset, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills.

• Good communication in English, able to read, write and communicate in Chinese is a plus.

• Good problem-solving skills

• Good Negotiation skills.

• Driving skills are a plus.
