Head of Demand Planning- AP Aviation

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement a robust demand planning process/solution and achieve demand KPIs. Examines forecasting, which involves predictive analysis of revenue, cost, and resource allocation needs
• Analyze bottle up the forecast from the sales team using analytics, historical sales, and New Product development timeline, and identify a rolling forecast 18 months by SKU level by customer. Review Tire Pool analysis for the contractual customers on a monthly basis
• Lead weekly meetings with the supply chain team to ensure MTS sales are on track. Any foreseen issues need to be raised quickly.
• Ability to translate business strategy to a desired level of granularity and work with finance and sales team to improve gross margin
• Provide direct analytical support and reports for demand planning related.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related degree, Master’s Degree is a plus
• At least 10 years experience in the Supply Chain field in a multi-national company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand/supply planning, and customer service
• Must be proficient in local and English languages
