Assist Team Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day receiving activities, financial control functions and implementation of banking solutions.
Supervise staff members and ensure the accuracy and timely on receivable.
Monitor and perform day-to-day financial operations within the company.
Evaluate the collection process, provide recommendations for changes to process, operating systems and other financial control functions.
Create and implement strategy/banking solution to improve the efficiency of daily process.
Create initiative to drive digital payment solutions and ensure the end to end execution
Training and mentoring of staff members in the team.
Ad-hoc as required by the management.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Finance, IFRS, accounting and Tax skill
Financial statement analysis skill
Knowledge of General Insurance
Big 4 audit experiences
Have an Analytical, Coordination and communication skill
Fluent English and Thai communication
A working knowledge of computer systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, or other related fields in insurance or banking business
