Executive, Retail - Procurement

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize the sourcing and procurement processes.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks related to retail industry.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, ensuring optimal performance and cost savings.

Key Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of exp. in a retail business, or other related fields.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple demands to meet and exceed the expectations of the business and stakeholders.
• Have knowledge skills in using SAP, MS Office, etc.,
• Good command of English communication
