Data Scientist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business functions and technology teams to deliver insights in support of measurement, optimization, predictive recommendations and campaigns through data visualizations and presentations.
• Develop models to evaluate full-funnel performance marketing, from awareness to advocate.
• Build ML models to improve and/or optimize performance for marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain.
• Enable smarter business processes, by implementing analytics for meaningful insights, devising test and learn methodologies, and using data and business acumen to analyze the results.
• Communicate hypothesis and findings to all stakeholders, including executive management to assist the organization's understanding of analytics and insights. We want to know the "why" not the "what".
• Keep current with technical and industry developments.
• Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years experience in data science.
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced pattern recognition and predictive modeling experience.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, and programming languages for data science (e.g., Python, or R).
• Comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing concurrent projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have knowledge or interested in Retail business is preferred
• Must be good in English communication

Bonus points:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for model training and deployment.
• Utilize MLOps practices to ensure the efficient and reliable development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Build and train AI Chatbots to enhance customer experience and automate interaction.
• Understanding of LLM technologies and experience integrating them into applications is a plus.
