Campaign Operations-Flash Sales

Job Description

-Oversee an end-to-end deals hunting process for Flash Sale channel. Design the deals hunting criteria and process in order to maximize the sales on the channel.

- Work closely with commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.

- Incubate and expand the pool of eligible sellers to ensure a sustainable growth.

- Maintain the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards in order to create a good customer experience.

- Utilize data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

- Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Business, Marketing, Economic, Engineering etc.)

-1-3 years of work experience with commercial, retail or data analysis background.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

-Fluent in both Thai and English.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):

-Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus.
