Blockchain Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee internal engagement activities within the DA cluster, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure blockchain initiatives are synchronized with the broader Group strategy.
• Facilitate effective internal communications and robust project management across blockchain projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate blockchain technologies into our business processes.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to promote a cohesive understanding of blockchain initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related areas. Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role involving blockchain technology, with a preference for those having exposure to banking or financial institutions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in presentation, coordination, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for clear and effective communication.
• Deep interest and understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in business contexts.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for technology and digital transformation.
