Associate Director, Agency Leasing

Job Scope:

• Doing a business development to reach and develop relationship with new clients. Advising client on leasing as well as different JLL services and connect the client with suitable BUs.
• Advise and represent landlords on leasing related matters and connect landlord to appropriate resource cross-departments.
• Handle and lead lease acquisitions, dispositions, and complex lease transactions throughout the entire project.
• Advising client on the best occupational strategy.
• Develop / strengthen relationship with both landlords and occupiers.
• Contribute to team development, supporting junior team members in handling deals, self-development, etc.
• Work and support the team both within and cross-department to offer suitable solutions to property owner.

Required Experience:

• 5-year experience working in real estate (office property) either with office building developer /owner, or office leasing brokerage / consultancy.
