2. การร่วมมือกันที่เข้มข้นกว่าเดิมของ ASEAN

Digital : คุณท๊อปพูดถึงประเทศไนจีเรียที่การทำงานร่วมกับรัฐทุกอย่างล้วนผ่านระบบดิจิตัล เว็บไซต์และแอปพลิเคชั่นเรียบร้อย จีนก็มีอุตสาหกรรมเทคโนโลยีที่ล้ำหน้า ขณะที่ทางเวียดนามก็ผลิตบุคลากร STEM กว่าหลายแสนรายทุกปี อินโดนีเซียที่กดดัน Tiktok ไม่ให้มีอำนาจทางดิจิทัลที่มากเกินไป

Green : จีนอ้างว่าโลกจะไม่เขียวเลยถ้าหากขาดพวกเขา พลังงานสะอาดกำลังเติบโตในจีนอย่างมาก การค้นคว้าวิจัยและการทำให้ต้นทุนการผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานหมุนเวียนนี้กำลังถูกลง ขณะที่เวียดนามมีการผลิตข้าวที่ปล่อยมีเทนน้อยที่สุดในโลก

• ธุรกิจในอนาคตจะต้องใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อมแบบวัดผลได้ ในอนาคตคุณท็อปกล่าวว่า สังคมจะไม่ได้ยึดที่ว่าใครมีผลิตภัณฑ์หรือสินค้าที่ดีที่สุด ถูกที่สุด แต่เป็นใครเขียวที่สุด
• จากการรวมกลุ่มของอาเซียนที่เพิ่มอำนาจต่อรอง ทั้งยังไม่ได้เอียงไปฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง มีประชากรที่หากรวมกันมากเป็นอันดับต้น ๆ ของโลก ส่งเสริมให้เม็ดเงินการลงทุนจะไหลเข้ามามหาศาล จะเป็นยุคทองของอาเซียน
• สันนิษฐานคร่าว ๆ ว่าขนาดเศรษฐกิจของอินโดนีเซียจะโต 5 เท่า กัมพูชาและลาวจะโตเกือบ ๆ 10 เท่าและไทยอาจจะโต 2 เท่า พูดง่าย ๆ คือเงินในกระเป๋าของคุณจะมีมากขึ้น 2 เท่า
• SMEs ไทยจะเผชิญความท้าทายจากเรื่องของ Green เพราะบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ต้องมี Supply Chain เป็นไปตามข้อปฏิบัติใหม่ เพราะจะมีการ audit การปล่อย CO2
• MBA ตกยุคไปแล้ว ควรจะสนใจ Climate School มากกว่า ขณะที่หลายประเทศเปิด VISA เพื่อดึงดูด Talent
• ทุกคนจะต้องกลับไปเรียนรู้ (Re-learn) ภายในปี 2030 เพราะความรู้ที่เรียนมาจากมหาวิทยาลัยล้าหลัง

5.ข้อเสนอของคุณท๊อป จากเทรนด์ของโลก การดำเนินนโยบายของประเทศคู่แข่ง

• รัฐไทยควรผลักดันตัวเป็นศูนย์กลางของภูมิภาคในธีมที่เราถนัด ไม่ควรแข่งเป็น Financial Hub อย่างสิงคโปร์ หรือ Spiritual Hup อย่างภูฐาน
• รัฐบาลควรซ้อมหนีไฟให้กับ SMEs ก่อนปี 2030 ในประเด็นเรื่อง Green เพื่อให้ธุรกิจขนาดเล็กของเราไม่ต้องถูกกีดกันจากประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมหากจะส่งออก ซึ่งอาจมีเรื่องของภาษี Carbon จากประเทศขนาดใหญ่
• จัดการกับปัญหาหนี้ครัวเรือนที่น่าเป็นห่วงในไทย
• มีแพลตฟอร์มกลางสำหรับการเรียนรู้ ที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้ ในความเร็วของตน เพื่อลด Digital Gap
• สร้างนโยบายที่รองรับ Silver age group เนื่องจากไทยกำลังเป็นผู้สูงอายุในอาเซียน

6.ข้อคิดเห็นจาก Jobcadu

• บริษัทควรเปิดรับและเปิดโอกาสงานให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุและคนที่เปลี่ยนสายอาชีพมากขึ้น
• แรงงานควรหมั่นเรียนรู้การใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ โดยเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษและจีน เพราะหากมีเม็ดเงินลงทุนและแรงงานข้ามชาติเข้ามา ภาษาที่ต้องใช้สื่อสารย่อมไม่ใช่ภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก
• เราค่อย ๆ เรียนรู้สกิลที่น่าจะเป็นที่ต้องการของตลาด AI ได้เริ่มเปลี่ยนโลกแล้ว
• ครัวเรือนบริหารหนี้สินให้ดี เนื่องจากเราไม่สามารถคาดเดาอนาคต การมีเงินสำรองเป็นเรื่องสำคัญอย่างยิ่งยวด

Khun Top began by sharing his experience at the annual meeting from World Economics Forum in Dalian, China. In his 40-minute presentation, he discussed major countries' trends, China and Vietnam's flagship strategies, the future and cooperation of ASEAN, and proposals for Thailand's preparation, adapting from his session for individuals. Introduction: In the Global Economic Competition Scene

The world is moving towards regionalization, or cooperation among countries with similar geographic, cultural, and travel characteristics. Smaller countries will be overlooked if they do not align with larger countries. There is also a grouping of BRICS, competing with the original G7, which is tied to the US dollar.

Increased Cooperation within ASEAN

From the above point, Khun Top then talked about DEFA, which is a serious discussion among ASEAN countries that will result in three things:

Free Flow of Business: Reducing trade barriers to enhance international business operations within ASEAN.

Mobility of Talent: Promoting the movement of skilled labor throughout the region.

Regional Payment Integration: Simplifying financial transactions within ASEAN countries.

From these three main topics that national leaders are discussing, Khun Top sees that trade and cross-border business in the ASEAN group will become easier in the future.

Main Strategies of China and Vietnam

Root: China currently has short-term problems from the real estate industry, but the Chinese Premier expects it to resolve. There is no concern because the urbanization trend continues. Meanwhile, Vietnam claims it has a strong foundation and is ready for foreign investment.

Digital: Khun Top talked about Nigeria, where working with the government everything goes through digital systems, websites, and applications. China also has advanced technology industries, while Vietnam produces hundreds of thousands of STEM personnel every year. Indonesia is pressuring TikTok not to have too much digital power.

Green: China claims that the world would not be green without their efforts. The country is seeing significant growth in clean energy, with research and efforts to reduce the cost of producing electricity from renewable sources making it more affordable.

Open: China claims it wants to cooperate in developing technology, especially on the issue of chips.

Silver Economy: Vietnam understands that it has an aging workforce that may not keep up with technology. They affirm that no one will be left behind.

Khun Top's Prediction

• Businesses in the future must pay attention to the environment measurably. In the future, Khun Top says that society will not care who has the best or cheapest products, but who is the greenest.
• From the union of ASEAN, which increases bargaining power and is not leaning towards one side, has a population that when combined is among the top in the world, promotes massive investment inflows, it will be ASEAN's golden age.
• Roughly assuming that Indonesia's economy will grow fivefold, Cambodia and Laos will grow almost tenfold, and Thailand may grow twice. Simply put, the money in your pocket will double.
• Thai SMEs will face challenges from Green issues because listed companies in the stock market must have a Supply Chain according to new practices, as there will be a CO2 release audit.
• MBA is outdated, should pay more attention to Climate School while many countries are opening VISAs to attract Talent.
• Everyone must go back to learning (Re-learn) by 2030 because the knowledge learned from the university is outdated.

Khun Top's Proposals

• The Thai state should push itself to be the center of the region in the themes where we have competitive advantages. Should not compete as a Financial Hub like Singapore, or a Spiritual Hub like Bhutan.
• The government should practice fire escape for SMEs before 2030 on the issue of Green, so that our small businesses are not hindered by environmental matters if they are to export, which may include Carbon tax from large countries.
• Deal with the concerning issue of household debt in Thailand.
• Have a central learning platform that everyone can access at their own speed to reduce the Digital Gap.
• Create policies that support the Silver age group as Thailand is becoming an elderly population in ASEAN.

Comments from Jobcadu

• Companies should be more open and provide job opportunities for the elderly and those changing careers.
• Workers should improve foreign languages, especially English and Chinese, because if there is foreign investment and labor crossing national borders, the primarily language used for communication is unlikely to be Thai.
• We should gradually learn skills that will be in demand by the market, which will yield better returns on our investment in skills.
• Households should manage debt well, as we cannot predict the future, having savings is extremely important.
• We must take care of the well-being of yourself and those around you, as economic uncertainty and increasing demand in job specific skills can cause mental health problems; we should have a strong barrier.
