VP, Business Development

Job Propose:

• Define and develop strategies for new business development.
• Analyze locations and assess opportunities, risks, and compare investment and market expansion approaches for various business types.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the investment viability of branch expansions.
• Plan and develop marketing channels that align with current trends to maximize business benefits.
• Analyze, synthesize, verify, and monitor business performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Execute company-defined policies and plans by assigning tasks to personnel and motivating them to achieve desired outcomes.
• Analyze revenue to plan team operations in advance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct field surveys of other business areas and direct or indirect competitors to develop new business opportunities and propose potential rental spaces that can enhance business growth and maximize revenue. Plan and develop marketing channels that align with current trends to maximize business benefits.
• Coordinate with senior management to define policies for lower-level managers and stakeholders to implement effectively.
• Lead change initiatives and act as an advisor for the business development team by setting clear goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Expertise in revenue growth strategies, lead generation, and business deal structuring.
• Ability to assess Return on Investment (ROI) for new business projects.
• Experience in negotiating high-value partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• Strong analytical skills in market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessment.
• Team-building skills to foster collaboration among sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Ability to identify business challenges, evaluate options, and make data-driven decisions.
