Collaborate closely with the Head of HR and business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
Lead and manage organizational restructuring, change management, and compliance initiatives to ensure effective and smooth transitions
Partner with leadership teams to optimize workforce planning, enhance talent acquisition, and drive employee engagement strategies
Oversee core HR functions including compensation and benefits, talent development, performance management, and employee relations to support scalable business growth
Provide expert consultation on succession planning, career development, and leadership coaching to strengthen organizational capabilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partnering or across key HR functions
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance visionary thinking and practical execution
Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven success in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multinational environment; demonstrates strong leadership, resilience, and adaptability
Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
