Qualifications:
Mid-Level to Senior-level experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Strong portfolio showcasing your passion and skills for UXUI design in your own way.
Have strong critical and system thinking skills to make informed design decisions and ensure a well-organized design process.
Mastery of Figma & UX Research methodologies. Translate design best practices into products that are truly meaningful to users.
Communication and presentation skills to convey your rationale and concept to get buy-in from stakeholders.
Understanding of Finance (Optional): An interest in the financial services domain can benefit you in understanding user needs within this context.
