UX Designer (Banking/Insurance)
Job description:
* Support our digital UX functions, including all areas of digital product design, from user research to producing low-fi sketches and prototypes, through to high quality fully interactive, responsive wireframes.
* Collaborate with team members and product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into effective UI designs.
* Help to maintain our design system to ensure brand consistency across all interfaces
* Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to address and solve issues or challenges that arise.
* Carry out tasks with a high attention to detail to ensure that work is completed to a high level of quality.
* Adapt to new situations and embrace technologies quickly and effectively.
* Manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines and priorities tasks effectively.
Must have Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in banking/finance-related business areas (acquiring, payments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
* An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
* High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization
* Experience on Figma, Design system and SEO
