Response to solve related problems and maintain good reporting channels to all concerns; including customer, immediately in the events of delivery delays, service failures or accidents.
Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions in case of errors, complaints, incidents, accidents, non-conformance issues occurring to avoid the issues in the future.
Maintain good relationship with customer and provide valuable suggestions and effective realistic plan for customer’s benefit.
Work closely to monitor and reduce related operational costs as well as improve working efficiencies.
Promote and support activities regarding to safety, quality and efficiency improvement.
Customer support when delivery delay, service failure or accident require to immediately report to line manager and related stake holder.
TMS Operations support Operate and support TMS accurately, Inform the manager of any exceptions, Update real time data in TMS, Recheck the data accuracy and amend the errors, Inform the TMS administrator for any Master data changes.
Perform any other related duty as required
Qualification
3-5 years’ experiences in transport operations or related.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Self-development
Good team player and can-do attitude
Can work well as a team
Computer literacy, Microsoft Office – require at least intermediate MS Excel skill.
Able to work at Wellgrow Industrial Estate area and able to work in shift when appropriate.
Good communication in Thai and English
