Job Description:

1. Manage, control and maintain quality performance to meet Company Policy and Quality Objective.
2. Manage, control and maintain the produced system in the stage of New Model and Mass Production.
3. Overseeing and supervising the work flow of manufacturing, maintenance and quality functions in a safe environment.
4. Solving problem, follow up the corrective action (Internal and External problem).
5. Follow up the progressive of subordinator and also suggest them or make a decision for any trouble.
6. Assisting in the decision-making of the management team concerning core business and key targets of produced.
7. Other as assignment

Qualification:

1. Male or female, age 35 years up.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Relate Field.
3. Experience in a manufacturing production environment least 5 Years
4. Knowledge of Drawing and measuring equipment.
5. Knowledge of Quality Management System IATF16949.
6. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy
7. Demonstrated leadership, decision making, team work and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Positive Thinking / Interpersonal relations / Be able to work under pressure and timeline.
9. Good command in English or Japanese language will be advantage.
10. Experience in Automobile Industrial will be advantage.
