Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of SEO website development projects, from initial planning and scoping to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to develop and implement landing pages aligned with SEO or Paid Media strategy.

• Conduct in-depth research on the target website, competing websites, and industry trends to inform UX/UI design, SEO implementation, and development decisions.

• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration between designers, SEO specialists, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on deadlines.

• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.

• Maintain a flexible and solution-oriented approach, willing to go beyond core responsibilities to ensure project success and high-quality deliverables.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO best practices and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in website project management.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering website projects on time and within budget.

• Strong understanding of website development methodologies

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

• Working knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimization best practices.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp) and website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), including other related digital marketing tools for each project.
