ลักษณะงาน

• Responsible for managing projects that are the company's core strategies.
• Lead the activity for new product development, working group, coordinate and communicate with the representatives involved.
• Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to managing director
• Conduct market research and analysis/feasibility studies in order to identify market requirements for current and future projects.
• Project management plan, initiate, setting goals, plans including personnel, time, resources and budget for the project.
• Control and monitor project plans including scheduling meetings with management team to report results and/or discuss solutions to problems to make the project successful.
• Supervise the scope of the project and find solutions if there is a change in the scope of the project from the set (Change Request Management Process).

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in Project Management or Business Development
• Have an experience in managing 2-3 project at the same time 
• Very good communication skill , multitasks,good negotiate and interpersonal
• Can working under pressure 
• Positive mindset, and able to drive the team to achieve the company’s goals.
