KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply to the rules of Thailand local law
- Actively apply to the strategies, goals and directions of the Company. Developing, supporting, and monitoring departmental objectives towards the goal of achieving the annual Company targets.
- In co-operation with General Manager/VP Global Supply Chain establish the strategy and goals for the efficient organization and operation of local supply.
- Identifying and driving adoption of Key Performance Indicators as they apply to Supply Chain success, as well as providing input to KPIs as they apply to Manufacturing success.
- Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Supervise daily operations of the Supply Chain Planning Team and ensure proper and timely execution of all the corresponding tasks.
- Develop, implement and sustain a production planning system to ensure on time in full delivery to our customers.
- Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
- Managing Inventory levels to minimize production risk while maximizing inventory turns.
- Management of supplier relationships and development of partnerships to ensure efficient use of resources and effective material and component supply practices.
- Participate in negotiation and set up new vendors and purchasing contracts when necessary.
- Schedule and execute periodic evaluations to ensure vendors are adhering to pricing contracts and agreements.
- Monitoring open Purchase Orders and Stock Status reports and expediting order fulfilment to ensure on time delivery
- Works to resolve (in case of design changes) labour and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions.
- Interview and hire staff as needed and organize staff training.
- Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations. Drive cost saving and quality improvement.
- Inform the General Manager on important issues related to the local Supply Chain area.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related function.
- Experiences more 5+ years up in a similar position
- Experience in production planning and materials
- Experience with EMS, OIM and ODM will be additional plus
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / Skillset:
Fluent in both verbal and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel especially)
- Ability to work under time pressure, handling stress well
- Experience with being responsible for others as a manager
