Program Execution: Manages the execution of specific transformation programs or projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
Performance Monitoring: Tracks the progress of assigned programs, monitors performance against key milestones and deliverables, and makes adjustments as needed to keep projects on tracks.
Stakeholder Management: Works closely with stakeholders, including initiative owners, functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on program objectives.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Identifies and resolves issues that arise during the execution of programs, ensuring that risks are managed and that any obstacles are addressed promptly.
Reporting: Provides regular updates on program status to the Transformation Program Management Lead or other senior leaders as required.
Skills:
Requires experience in project and program management, with a focus on executing complex initiatives.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are keys.
Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively across different function is also important.
