Training Development & Development Professional
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Instruction and Delivery:
Act as primary instructor for technical trainings, both in-person and online. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Utilize various instructional techniques, including demonstrations, workshops, and presentations, to enhance the learning experience.
Subject Matter Expertise:
Maintain a high level of expertise in relevant technical domains to effectively answer questions, provide guidance, and address challenges during training sessions.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to enhance training content and ensure accuracy.
To be responsible for and maintain the AutoStore Academy technical training facility.
Assessment and Feedback:
Develop and administer assessments to measure participants' understanding and retention of course material.
Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate continuous improvement.
Technology Integration:
Stay informed about the latest instructional technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of training programs.
Integrate multimedia and other interactive elements into training materials to create engaging learning experiences.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, content developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the seamless delivery of training programs.
Curriculum Development:
May be required to design and develop comprehensive, hands-on training materials and curriculum for technical courses.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
Have good knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
