Responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing department in marketing operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in producing marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Provide administrative support on internal processes such as logistics coordination, raising purchase orders, and tracking project timelines.
Aid in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing department and Sales department to plan and execute brand activations, trade events and consumer promotions.
Track and monitor Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) to ensure optimal usage and accurate allocation across channels.
Maintain and update marketing folders and databases, including monthly marketing calendars, activation calendars, and project trackers for legal and procurement compliance.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Trade Marketing Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in supporting marketing function, or administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Other Qualification
