Team Head of Budgeting & Payment
Role and Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, control, and analyze the financial budget and expenses for both credit assessment and debt collection functions.
Analyze credit assessment and debt collection performance data to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare and verify compensation payments for employees and external service providers.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and up-to-date information for analysis and decision-making support.
Improve and optimize internal team processes for maximum efficiency.
Plan and manage team operations to achieve defined objectives.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports and present summaries of budget, expenses, and operational performance to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Banking, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, database development, or banking, particularly in retail banking.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
Specific Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Programming skills in SQL, SAS, or Python.
Ability to utilize AI tools to support work processes.
Knowledge and experience in banking, particularly in data, systems, financial services, marketing, or other relevant business functions.
