• Create Finishing plan in weekly and daily production schedules that align with customer requested date and quantity and Production requirement to achieve process efficiency and productivity.
• Follow up adherence to plan and take action to deliver according to plan.
• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders in PEX, Production, Material Management and Master Planning to get reliable parameters to create effective production schedule.
• Review and discuss performance variance against KPI target with key stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are taken in timely manner
• Create Finishing plan on a weekly and daily basis that meet customer (e.g. Finishing production) requirement. o Allocate lines and sequence production orders to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Maintain line configurations to optimize production processes.
• Review forecast and constraints in manning skills and balance load across week or outsourcing of production in collaboration with Master Planning and Production teams if needed.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring production adherence and timely delivery through effective coordination.
• Monitor potential delays and collaborate with Master Planning and Production to resolve exceptions.
• Provide feedback on defects and uncertainties, collaborating with the Scheduling Front-End to create Front-End production orders that meet FROT targets.
• Manage production scheduling and address production control issues as needed at production sites, supporting replenishment, essential, expedited, and campaign sequencing.
• To provide shipment from Master Planning to production.
• Seek input from Production regarding resource capacity.
• Schedule production orders on short horizons (0-6 weeks lead time) across all production steps, considering available capacity such as skill matrix, capacity, and material availability
• Review and align production orders with Production before release to shop floor.

• More than 2 years in Planning/Supply chain field.
• Ability to relate cooperatively with internal and external departments.
• Familiar with planning/ scheduling for fast changing products, changing product mix/complexity.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
