Investment Valuation & Financial Structuring:
Collaborate with clients on investment and divestment transactions, devise investment strategies, support corporate restructuring, capital planning, and balance-sheet optimization.
Optimization:
Help clients create value by optimizing their value chain. Develop strategies in response to digital disruption, market uncertainty, and new market entries.
Devise innovative and agile business models and enhance corporate function strategies to support broader business objectives.
Energy Transition:
Shape strategies for clients transitioning to new energy business models. Develop approaches for markets like electricity, hydrogen, and carbon markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Delivery and Development:
Global Project Experience: Work on projects across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and globally, as part of the ATIOS Global Strategy project staffing pool.
Cross-Office Collaboration: Engage in cross-office teams, solving complex business issues in core capability areas, bringing structure and rigorous analytical skills to deliver actionable recommendations and insights.
Value Creation: Identify and develop value creation opportunities within project workstreams, supporting project delivery with detailed analysis.
Client Engagement: Support client interviews, workshops, and the development of presentation materials and recommendations.
Analytical Topics: Work on corporate strategy development, trading and risk management setup, operating model design, commercial optimization, investment valuation, energy market liberalization, and advanced numerical modeling of energy and commodity markets.
Practice Building:
Community Development: Contribute to the development of the ATIOS Thailand, ATIOS Global, and wider Accenture Strategy practice, including offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
Business Development: Support internal activities by conducting research on industry trends, competitors, market fundamentals, and assisting in the development of client proposals.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate or master’s degree from a leading academic institution.
Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems structurally, with evidence of this in previous projects.
Leadership and Collaboration: Natural leadership qualities, effective relationship-building, and strong teamwork skills. Digital savviness and readiness for challenges are crucial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and deliver presentations effectively.
Intellectual Curiosity: Eager to learn and help companies leverage disruption into opportunities, balancing growth, profitability, sustainability, and trust.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
Quantitative and Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics, with familiarity in statistics, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx), or programming languages (R, Python, Julia, SQL).
International Experience: Experience in international or multicultural environments is preferred.
Industry Interest: Interest in commodities markets, the energy sector, and energy transition is highly desirable.
