Lead the driver acquisition function to support rapid growth in expansion cities
Initiate strategies, online/offline campaigns and execution plans for driver acquisition to maintain healthy supply and secure drivers
Design efficient incentives and operation flows to drive supply growth and work with cross-functional teams to execute
Identify the parameters to track performance and create monitoring criteria as well as tracking dashboards to present to the management
Budget management - Manage and plan budget allocation and track cost from initiatives
Build presentation to influence senior stakeholders and enable data driven decision making
Qualifications
The must haves:
A minimum 2-3 year of relevant work experience in business related fields, management consulting or technology firms
Working knowledge of SQL is preferred but not essential
Strong in both operational and analytical skills
Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
Team / project management - effective management of people and resources. Ability to cascade clarity around priorities and targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with remote working/collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zoom & Slack
Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines
High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
