In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Coordinate logistics for a variety of events and catering (e.g., internal meetings, corporate functions) and gradually learn to plan catering services.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarize with technologies and productivity tools
- Create and design PowerPoint presentations and Word documents; basic proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.
- Oversee office duties such as sourcing supplies, managing VIP visitor badges, and maintaining swag inventory.
- Maintain and organize confidential documents and records; assist EA team members with administrative tasks.
- Provide relevant data and information to assist executive assistance in making decisions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve processes and encourage team collaboration
- Provide ad-hoc support as required, swiftly handling urgent matters
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (fair to good)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude .
